BIOGRAPHY

Tired of leadership talks that ignore real burnout, emotional labor and self doubt? I deliver what your audience actually needs.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering women in leadership, promoting courageous and authentic leadership practices, and advocating for sustainable self-care.

Through the proven power of my signature A.C.A.™ Pillars (Awareness, Courage, Action), I’ve supported individuals worldwide, providing transformative tools that foster clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.

Whether you’re looking to elevate your leadership presence, build courage in your career journey, or lead sustainably while climbing the ladder, I help women and organizations build cultures where both performance and well-being thrive.

Through my C-suite leadership and senior executive roles, I’ve led system-wide initiatives that strengthen leadership resilience and belonging. I’ve also served as a U.S. Speaker Program Delegate, representing the United States internationally and inspiring women leaders in Pakistan and Scotland.

I’m the author of The 3 Minute Gratitude and Self Care Journal: Encouragement to Embrace your Well-being and Keep Going which offers holistic self care strategies for leading with courage and care.

My impact includes:

→ Delivering keynotes and trainings for organizations across the private sector, higher education, and government.

→ Creating 20 television broadcast episodes of The Diversity Minute to support everyday leadership and personal resilience.

→ Helping organizations build courageous cultures that reduce burnout, strengthen morale, and retain diverse talent.

→Leading award-winning organizational culture initiatives—including launching Be Bold – Break the Mold, a signature program advancing the success and retention of women—contributing to a national recognition award in the institution’s 50-year history.

If you’re ready to lead authentically, act boldly, and cultivate well-being in your career or organization—I’d love to connect.
